We started the search for our forever house in 2020. We looked all over New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. With that we tried on a LOT of realtors to find the right fit as we narrowed down exatly what we wanted and where we wanted it. I dont remember how we came across Tiffany Adams but she was the keeper. We were looking long distance and really needed to trust whoever scouted for us based on our dreams. She toured house after house, and put offer after offer, traveling up and down the valley and south shore trying to find the “one”. We lost out on our 4th place and that night she saw one that hadn’t made it to market yet, it was going live the next day and without asking us first, booked a viewing. It was the perfect place. All the things we wanted and so much more. She guided us through our offer, giving suggestions and encouraging us to write a letter telling the sellers why we were the perfect family for their house, then calmed us down as we waited and waited… and finally, celebrated with us as our 5th offer was accepted, and we were not the top bid, the letter was the tipping point!
We have been in the house for almost 2 years and we still cant believe this is our life now.
